What is a doula?
A birth doula is a companion who supports a birthing person during labor and birth. Birth doulas are trained to provide continuous, one-on-one care as well as information, physical support, and emotional support to birthing persons and their partners.*

"It is a pleasure to give a testimony for Miss Cheyenne Bell as a doula. When the time arose for me to deliver my first son in January 2020, Cheyenne Bell was at my bedside throughout my whole labor. I would like to add that I was in labor for 3 days. She helped me walk up and down the hallways of the hospital, comforting me through my contractions. Patting the sweat off of my face, providing me with water and even running my baths to help ease the pain of the contractions. She is a wonderful person to have on your team and it was an honor to have her by my side during such a monumental moment in my life. "
